How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping charges start at $4.85. If your order requires multiple packages (e.g. ammo cannot ship with guns, drop-shipped items won't ship with in store items, etc.), additional $4.85 charges may be incurred. The exact breakdown will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Do you charge credit card fees?
No, we do not charge any fee for payment via credit card.
Will "In-Store Pickup" incur a shipping charge with drop-shipped orders?
No, we will not charge a shipping fee for drop-shipped orders being shipped to our store.
My FFL Dealer is not on the list of available FFLs. How do I have my order shipped to them?
Our website should have a full repository of every FFL Dealer in the country. However, with new dealers—or dealers who have recently renewed their license—they may have not yet populated to our list. In such a case, simply select any dealer, and then immediately send an email to "firstname.lastname@example.org" (without quotes) with your order number and "FFL Change Requested" in the subject line. In the body, please include the name, address, phone number, and email address of your preferred dealer. We will check for these emails prior to shipping any order out, but please do not delay in sending them, or your order may be shipped to the wrong dealer.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Unless there are unexpected delays, orders will arrive in 2 to 7 business days.

How do I get my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as it is available. Please note that you will only be emailed a tracking number if the order has shipped AND has tracking. Most (but not all) orders will have tracking. For firearm purchases, please note that tracking only indicates when your firearm has been delivered—not when it is ready for pickup. For firearm purchases, please allow your dealer a minimum of 24 hours for processing before coming in to pick up your firearm. Most dealers will call when your order is ready for pickup.
Why is my order showing sales tax when I am out of state?
The website assumes "In Store Pickup" unless you tell it otherwise. When you select your FFL dealer, sales tax is automatically replaced with the appopriate shipping charge.
How do I modify or cancel an order?
To change FFL destination, or to cancel an order, please email us at "email@example.com" (without quotes). We cannot otherwise modify an order. If you would like to add or remove items on your order, or if you have selected "In Store Pickup" when you want the item shipped instead, we will cancel the order and allow you to resubmit it with the changes you would like to make.
Do you accept over-the-phone orders?
Yes, we now accept over-the-phone orders. While checking out through our website is often faster, easier, and more straightforward, you are welcome to call our customer service line at 801-746-9397 if you would prefer to place your order over the phone.
Do you accept checks?
In order to ensure timely order processing, we will not accept checks. We do not charge credit card fees, and these transactions process almost instantly. Credit card transactions are also much easier to refund if you decide to cancel or return an order.
