How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping charges start at $4.85. If your order requires multiple packages (e.g. ammo cannot ship with guns, drop-shipped items won't ship with in store items, etc.), additional $4.85 charges may be incurred. The exact breakdown will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Do you charge credit card fees?
No, we do not charge any fee for payment via credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

My FFL Dealer is not on the list of available FFLs. How do I have my order shipped to them?
Our website should have a full repository of every FFL Dealer in the country. However, with new dealersor dealers who have recently renewed their licensethey may have not yet populated to our list. In such a case, please contact us at "" (without quotes) or at 801-746-9397. Please have ready the name of the dealer, as well as their full address (including zip code) and contact information. Please allow a minimum of 1 business day for your dealer to populate to our list after contacting us, as we will have to manually verify their information prior to adding them to the list.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We do our best to get orders out the same or following business day. However, because unexpected delays do occur, please allow us up to 7 business days to ship your order. Please note that we generally cannot ship on weekends or postal holidays.

How do I get my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as it is available. Please note that you will only be emailed a tracking number if the order has shipped AND has tracking. Most (but not all) orders will have tracking. For firearm purchases, please note that tracking only indicates when your firearm has been deliverednot when it is ready for pickup. For firearm purchases, please allow your dealer a minimum of 24 hours for processing before coming in to pick up your firearm. Most dealers will call when your order is ready for pickup.

How do I modify or cancel an order?
To change FFL destination, or to cancel an order, please email us at "" (without quotes) or call us at (801) 746-9397. We generally cannot otherwise modify an order. Please note that no changes can be made to an order once it has been shipped. (Returns are still available)

Do you accept over-the-phone orders?
Yes, we now accept over-the-phone orders. While checking out through our website is often faster and easier, you are more than welcome to call our customer service line at 801-746-9397 if you would prefer to place your order over the phone.

Do you accept checks?
In order to ensure timely order processing, we will not accept checks. We do not charge credit card fees, and these transactions process almost instantly. Credit card transactions are also much easier to refund if you decide to cancel or return an order.
